Absolutely, all of the shutters we supply are bespoke regardless of the size or shape of your window or door opening.
We work on a price per sq/m and it does depend on other options you may choose such as colours and control mechanisms. We provide you with a quote at the end of your home survey which you can book online.
We are always working hard to reduce the lead time for our shutters. Our current lead time is 12-14 weeks for hardwood shutters and like many other services and products has seen delays due to the current environment . If you opt for our UK made Faux Wood Shutter range our current lead time is 4-6 weeks.
We only use sustainably sourced Basswood for all of our hardwood shutters from FSC certified suppliers. We do not mix materials and never use MDF. Our UK manufactured Faux Wood shutters are made from a 100% waterproof reinforced UPVC which is also fire retardant.
We have two locations we work from. Our head office is in the Cotswold town of Moreton In Marsh and we also have a depot in Oxford. We cover the counties of Gloucesterhsire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Worcsertshire & Berkshire.
Upon confirmation of the order we ask for 50% deposit payment. The remaining 50% is then due on or before the day of installation of your shutters.
Yes; we have a wide range of different colours and we can also colour match to many popular paint brands such as Farrow & Ball and Little Greene paints. If you are looking for a natural finish we also have several wood grain options to choose from.
We will always try to accommodate any changes however this is not always possible as the manufacture of your bespoke shutters begins at the point of order.
All of our shutters are powder coated and given and additional polyurethane coat meaning they have excellent protection against UV rays and discolouration.
Yes you can cancel at any time prior to installation however please be aware that any deposit you have paid is not refundable as each shutter is bespoke and the manufacturing process begins immediately after your deposit payment has been made.
Once we have arranged an installation date with you we will arrive at the agreed time. Prior to our arrival if your are able to make as much space in front of the window/door area as possible it would speed up the installation and make the process quicker.
