Why choose solid panel shutters....
Traditional style solid panel window shutters are often used in older period properties. They have that charm and appeal as many older properties do and are a lovely addition. As they are completely solid and let no light through the panels it is imperative there is enough depth in the window recess or space either side of the widnow for the panels to sit when they are fully open.
Solid panel plantation shutters come in all they different shutter styles possible; Full Height, Cafe Style and Tier on Tier. All are manufactured using the same durable hardwood as our louvred shutters and come with the same 5 year warranty.
Raised Panel or Shaker style
Our Solid Panel shutters come in one of two options. Either raised or shaker style; the raised panel has a beveled inlay creating a moulded effect on the panels that is very attractive. The shaker style has a flatter central panel compared to tat of the raised. We can show you samples of each on your home survey so you can visualise how they may look.
